Lagsammanhållning och motivationsklimat inom fotboll hos flickor och pojkar

Syftet med studien var att undersöka samband mellan lagsammanhållning och upplevt motivationsklimat i fotboll, samt skillnaden mellan kvinnliga och manliga fotbollsspelare i lagsammanhållning och upplevt motivationsklimat. I studien deltog 101 fotbollspelare mellan 15 år och 19 år (m=17.05, sd=0.93) från olika gymnasier med fotbollsinriktning i Halland. Lagsammanhållning mättes med ?Group Environment Questionarie? och motivationsklimat med ?The Perceived Motivational climate in Sport Questionaire-3?. Studiens resultat visade att såväl positiva som negativa samband mellan lagsammanhållning och upplevt motivationsklimat, samt att män och kvinnor skiljer sig i vissa kategorier av lagsammanhållning och motivationsklimat.

Relationen mellan motivation och målorientering, upplevd förmåga samt uppfattat motivationsklimat hos gymtränande kvinnor och män

The purpose was to examine relations between motivation and goal orientation, perceived ability and perceived Motivational climate among persons working out in gym. Another purpose was to study differences in motivation, perceived ability and Motivational climate among men and women. The final purpose was to study interactional effects on the dependent variable motivation. The participants were 59 men and 69 women. The instruments used were Task and Ego Goal Orientation in Sport Questionnaire (TEOSQ), Harter´s Competence scale and part of Mahoneys R-5 test.

En kvalitativ studie om hur personer med utländsk bakgrund upplever att integrationen fungerar i Sverige

Abstract Aim: Since there is a lack of research based educational interventions concerning the relationship between coaches and young athletes, the aim of this study was to implement and examine the effects of sport psychology intervention for coaches in a track and field club. The research questions were: What are the effects of an educational intervention for coaches, with focus on a Motivational climate, on: A) the coaches´ coaching approach B) their athletes´ goal orientation and C) their athletes´ perceived competitive anxiety?Method: The coach education stretched over two months and consisted of four two-hour lessons with focus on Motivational climate, goal orientation and sport anxiety. Six coaches (three females, three males), aged 38-52 (M=44.33 years, SD=4.84) and their 59 athletes (27 males and 32 females) aged 12-14 (M=13.10 years, SD=0.82), participated in the study. A control group of 35 athletes (10 males and 25 females), of the same age (M=13.46 years, SD=0.70) and with similar demographic data, was also recruited.

Motivationsklimat, målinriktning och självkänsla inom CrossFit

Syftet med föreliggande uppsats var undersöka sambanden mellan motivationsklimat, målinriktning och självkänsla inom CrossFit jämfört med konditionsbaserad gruppträning. Vidare undersöktes om Modellen för sambandet mellan motivationsklimat, individuella skillnader, och känsla och motivation kunde appliceras inom CrossFit. I studien deltog sammanlagt 95 deltagare, både CrossFitutövare (N=45) och deltagare inom konditionsbaserad gruppträning (N=50) från sydvästra Sverige. I studien användes Perceived Motivational climate in Sports Questionnaire-2 (PMCSQ-2), Achievement Goals Questionnaire for Sports (AGQ-S) samt Physical Self Perception Profile-R (PSPP-R). Resultatet visade en signifikant skillnad i uppgiftsorienterat klimat och självkänsla mellan CrossFitutövare och deltagare i konditionsbaserad gruppträning.

AimThe aim of this study was to find out whether Motivational Interviewing can affect people to change their behaviour in form of increasing physical activity. What results do studies conducted at healthy adults using Motivational Interviewing with physical activity as an outcome present?MethodTo fulfil the aim of the study we chose a review process. During the research two data-bases were used, PUBMED and CSA. Studies including participants under the age of 18 or studies where the participants suffered from diseases were excluded.

Climate adaption within agriculture is important to reduce the risks that agricultures are exposed to because of climate change.  Through climate adaption you can improve the positive effects and take advantage of them optimally. How the climate change affects agricultures varies depending on regions and societies. The purposes of the study are to examine how different actors experience the impacts of climate change on the agriculture in Värmland.

The UN has a goal to gender-mainstream all politics, but its politics in climate change is not gender-sensitive. The Swedish government has the same goal concerning gender mainstreaming, but does the Swedish politics of climate change reach this goal? The aim of this paper is to examine the relations between the Swedish politics of gender and climate change. In addition, the aim is also to investigate how gender is constructed in the climate politics. To reach these aims, an institutional, policy and gender analysis is used.

Den försvinnande staten Tuvalu : En fallstudie om klimatflyktingars rättigheter och staters ansvar

This thesis aimed to, with the help of a case study, investigate and discuss state responsibility towards climate refugees. The state of Tuvalu was selected because of their vulnerability as a low-lying island state. This was fulfilled by on-site study how the state Tuvalu acted to climate threats, determine if the future migrants from Tuvalu can be counted as climate refugees and find out if they are by that definition included by the UN Refugee Convention. The result indicated that the state of Tuvalu is adapting to climate threats, that in the future the population can be seen as climate refugees, if they are forced from their homes due to climate change, and that they, despite that definition, can not be included by the UN Refugee Convention. The study also indicates a need for greater international protection of climate refugees by, for example, an expansion of the UN Refugee Convention so that these vulnerable people do not fall into oblivion due to a question of definition..

By that I got interested in research if any of these four key terms was more central for an individual?s motivation within a working team or if all four was as equally central.Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to investigate which motivational factors that is important to an individual?s motivation. I will do this by investigate the terms needs, goals, intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors. I want to investigate this by interviewing a number of employees within a working team, including a manager.  My hope is that my thesis will interest managers in working teams, future managers and co-workers that want to learn more about motivation.Problem statement: What factors are important to individual motivation in a working team?   Methodology: I conducted a qualitative study where I gathered data from five persons.

Motivation at Work?

The purpose of this diagnostic master thesis is to examine the motivation of the individuals working in a specific section at Sony Ericsson BGNMVNL. In order to do this, we will distinguish motivational and de-motivational factors that influence the individuals? in their work. Further, we also have the aim of giving recommendations on how to act on these outcomes in order to improve the motivation in BGNMVNL. Our thesis is a diagnostic study in which data is collected by qualitative face-to-face interviews and observations with selected individuals at Sony Ericsson.

Motiverande samtal som metod för ökad närvaro i gymnasieskolan?

Effektiviteten av manualiserad Motivational Interviewing prövades i en experimentell design. Gymnasieelever med hög frånvaro (n=89) blockrandomiserades till antingen två sessioner Motivational Interviewing eller någon av de två kontrollgrupperna, som erhöll validerande samtal respektive ingen intervention. Den beroende variabeln utgjordes av förändring i frånvaro som rapporterades av de deltagande skolorna. Utöver detta användes School Refusal Assessment Scale för att undersöka orsaker till frånvaron. University of Rhode Island Change Assessment användes för att mäta motivation enligt Prochaska och DiClementes förändringsmodell.

This bachelor thesis, written as a part of the European Studies at Gothenburg University, is concerned with the European Unions? This thesis intends to problematize if it is possible for the EU to continue to pursue its current agricultural policies, while at the sametime maintain its role as a sustainable actor on the global arena. EN ANNAN RETORIK? Nationalistiska partiers anv?ndning av nationalistisk milj?- och klimatpolitik

Climate change is a phenomenon that know no boundaries. While focus on environment and climate change has become highly prioritized, nationalism has spread across Europe. Nationalism is by many considered to refuse action to combat climate change although some argue that nationalism could combat global climate change. Previous research on how nationalism is implemented in environment and climate politics has mainly focused on single parties. The thesis therefore aims to give a broad approach and compare how nationalism is used in environment and climate politics by analyzing 4 European parties with either ethnic or civic nationalism and different roles in their party system. With a qualitative content analysis on party programs and election manifestos the findings imply that parties use nationalism in the climate and environment discourse in a variety of ways.

?Vem behöver anledningar när man har heroin?? ? En kvalitativ studie om socialsekreterarens erfarenheter av motivationsarbete med heroinmissbrukare ur ett förändringsperspektiv.

The purpose of this essay was to examine the different aspects of motivational work with active heroin-using clients from a social workers point of view. The further purpose of this essay is to also examine what the advancements and discouraging factors in such a motivational work might be. To attain this purpose we focused on these following questions:What might motivational work with active heroin-using clients look like?According to the social worker, what factors constitutes for a beneficial progress in the engagement of motivational work with active heroin-using clients?According to the social worker, what constitutes for discouraging factors in the engagement of motivational work with active heroin-using clients?We chose to do a qualitative study by conducting separate interviews with six social workers working in a social services agency, all of whom are working with drug-addicted adults. We then analyzed the answers by using an abductive research strategy, testing the collected empirical data against our chosen theoretical perspectives.
